We have used DTS off an for vending pop and snacks for a few years. Most recently we politely gave a 30 day notice that we were switching companies. *****, our customer service partner, yelled at us and hung up on us when we gave the notice. Furthermore, after the 30 day notice, ***** and his team would not pick up their vending machines. The day that ******** called and texted several times, I had left my phone at home. Due to my commitment to customer service, this is something I have rarely done in over a decade of business ownership. Her comments in the review were made impetuously (as I did contact her back as soon as I retrieved my phone). As for the "yelling" and "hung up on us" comments, I did nothing of the sort.
