Very disappointed with the service we received when we ran into trouble just out of Charters Towers. Our car was towed into DTS with obvious engine problems and assessed on 22/10/25. No communication whatsoever and when we rang to query progress they said they couldn’t get the ignition to turn. They dismantled the steering column, without permission or consultation, and in the process broke the ignition barrel. Absolutely brilliant service. Took the ehicle in the day after contacting them and explaining the issue. They confirmed the problem, orders parts and repaired the vehicle same day. Top stuff from a service orientated crew.
You guys rock. Kelsey is a gem. Everyone that my hubby spoke to were great. Did a serpentine belt. Knew there must be more to it. Towed to DTS as they fitted us in. The biggest problem was the parts needed to fix why the belt shredded. DTS were great, Loaned us a car so we weren’t stuck in the caravan while waiting for parts. Unfortunately Pickering in Townsville kept over promising and under delivering, even saying it was on its way when it wasn’t.
