Kathy and her guys are the very best. She addressed my concerns over the phone twice and then sent her friendly guys to come out and look at my townhouse for any issues. Although I didn't hire them (because it wasn't needed) I would recommend them as they do not rip you off for services that you do not need. Thank you for the peace of mind :)

Outstanding! I have now used DTS 3 times. Twice at my daughters home for a leak from the dishwasher and another time from the kitchen sink that caused mold to grow. They were quick to respond and did the work at an extremely reasonable cost. I have used other companies in the past where they use scare tactics to make you think you have a catastrophic event and charge you a fortune. Not the case with DTS.
