DTS base on Madisonville JUNK work, don’t finish the job after i paid the entire amount I thought I’ve hired a professional company to install whole system in my new construction house ‘ surround system, alarm, cameras & data ‘ . We purchased our home brand new, 5 years ago with the alarm system already installed. DTS Alarm System was fine for a while,then in the past year we started having random false alarms. The owner Devon didn’t know how to fix it or was unwilling to fix it. He got rude and unfriendly when I tried to discuss possible reasons for false alarms with him. I suggested to exchange one of the door sensors but he refused. At the end he just walked off and said he was canceling the contract, leaving us with a hard wired DTS alarm system ... read more
