Kristian is an amazing agent for commercial lines. I can only imagine that this company does all other lines of insurance just as good. She is responsive and was able to secure us the coverage we needed. Jennifer is also amazing in the commercial lines department! I called for a quote and I was talking to a lady about getting insured 3 cars. She was accusing me saying that the cars were for other people. How would she know who is driving the cars. I felt really uncomfortable with the way she spoke to me as if i was a child or ignored and i do not appreciate being spoken to that way. . I told her the name of my ins co now and she was saying the co does not exist. I do not think that is the proper way to conduct business especially when I'm just looking for a quote.
