Stay very very far away from this scam shop. I am a professional gov investigator (ret.). After running into this shop that did extensive refurbish work on a 2015 escape, 6 months after claimed warranty repair, the transmission chain/cog has given up. DTR manager (father of single known employee), has ghosted me after stating they want $2400 to swap the transfer case.
