We booked our appointment through Destiny. Joey was the tile specialist we worked with. He did a fantastic job re-grouting and sealing tile floor in our primary bedroom shower. It looks better than new.
Our house was built in 1978 and the tile was starting to show its age with a mix of tented, loose and cracked tiles. Great service! The team was very professional, attentive to detail, on time. Top notch quality and fast. Awesome and open communication throughout the whole process! They kept their workspace tidy and cleaned up any mess they made. 4/8/2026 THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. SEE VIDEO ATTACHED. THEY WERE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE WORKED WITH IN MY LIFE. I did a good review when they finished the work a ago. The work they did Got awful in a few months, before the warranty was over. They are giving me hard time to correct the problem. Called earlier this week to get a quote for tile cleaning and grout cleaning. The lady on the phone was so nice and walked me through the process of getting the estimate set up. Joey ended up coming by yesterday to provide the quote. He showed up well within the 3 hour window that was given. It only took him a few minutes to measure the area that I requested to be done. Very pleased overall with the service and job. Our grout looks 100% better than it did before it was stained and sealed. Destiny was extremely helpful when I contacted her with a question about maintenance. We will use them to re-grout and replace the floor in our shower next.
