You should seriously stop hiring people like this. One of your workers turned up at my workplace today (26/01/26) and behaved like a complete fool — aggressive, disrespectful, and clearly miserable with his own life. He was shouting at me while I was clearly just doing my job, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
