DTM Installations are a great company. First, everyone from the office to the installers is nice! They are professional, polite and all round pleasant. The work was done in a professional and efficient manner. I really cannot recommend highly enough. I would use DTM over and over.
Great knowledgeable services for burglary, fire and water emergencies. Great responsiveness, remote technology. Cant compare with cheaper alternatives which dont have same breadth of customizable coverage and service levels . Central tech station needs to be more able to handle some basic issues when alarms go off by mistake. Front office service people are helpful and quick to get services technicians on site fast as necessary.
