So it's been over 2 years. He's been paid. Haven't seen him since. Says he ordered all this stuff and nothing's come in. I would just like my house fixed or my money back. I think I waited long enough
I hired TJ back in August 2022 to remodel four restrooms to make them ADA compliant. He was hired to get plans for submittal to the City of Lubbock. He demanded a large down payment to which we paid. Two months later there were no plans so I hired an outside firm to which TJ paid (but that took over two weeks for him to do with numerous calls along with numerous promises that never happened…red flags right there).
