After the work was completed, I inspected the roof and found numerous installation flaws. Some shingles were installed over unsecured roof decking, causing nail heads to push through the top layer. They also reused the existing flashing but damaged it during removal, leaving it noticeably crooked upon reinstallation. Additionally, there are multiple exposed nail heads on one side of the roof.
