Very appreciative for the customer service; I came to work with major nerve pain in my neck/shoulder today and my co worker gave me a sample of the deep blue lotion. That was just what I needed so I hauled my butt over to the store and met Daniel, who proceeded to introduce me to the store and get me in contact with the product I came for. On top of it, I was able to walk away with a sample to try and the entire exchange was super fast. Had a great visit today, with Daniel. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated his patience with answering all of my questions. He was very educated on all of the products. He was very considerate and welcoming as well. 5/5 for customer service!
Not the best customer service. The guy at the desk said I didn't have product and sent my pickup person away. I had to call and argue that I did per an email. Same employee finally went and found my order bagged and ready as the email stated. This is a store that only provides for orders made online, not retail sales.
These are the best oils I have ever come across.. I have almost all of them. Ran out of on Guard. Will be refilling Soon.
