Could not recommend DTE Mechanics more strongly. Fixed the issue, clear communication and updates as milestones were met and walked me through what happened why and how it was resolved at pick up. Transparent, expert and confident.
(Updated April 2026): Drew excels in customer service, and combined with his clear passion and knowledge for cars, I would not hesitate to recommend himand his ery experienced team, both for servicing, and when something does go wrong (cause sometimes it just does!).
