customer service is horrible. I'm told something different each time I call about the same issue.
Highway robbery. Incredibly rude also.
Back in March DTE crews came out and had to dig up in our front yard to power a new build next to us. There are huge holes and ruts in the yard and grass waist high because we can’t mow. Reached out 9 times and each time they had some excuse. It’s is June. No one told us they were coming, and no one told us what to do to get it repaired. Customer service keeps making excuses just enough to make us go away. Terrible. What is going on at DTE?
This company should be investigated.They charge customers for fees unrelated to service without explanation from their untrained customer service agents. If I could switch service I would. What they are doing is criminal.
