Honestly I don't know what location take in calls or works specifically having to dealnwith the public. All I know is as a customer who has watched the frequency outages increase, terminology and verbiage change to put their shortcomings off on "PEAK HOUR" usage trying to make it seem like it our faults they haven't focused on maintenance other than patch work during crisis times that could of been avoided by updating the grid.
