Our power went out, for the fourth time this month, from a 15 minute storm, during a heat wave, for our entire neighborhood. It has been 2 full days and there has not been any sign that DTE is working on the issue in our area. There is no way to speak with anyone at the company after hours to get any real update on a restoration time. Why are they not able to have customer service available during emergencies? The estimated restoration tool on the website is obviously inaccurate and not based on any sort of real information.... read more
Love paying premium prices for my power to go out if so much as a fart breezes by! Especially after I just went grocery shopping and have to throw away $100+ of food! Yay!!!
