Y’all couldn’t even give the residents in the John Hix and Glenwood area the common courtesy of a heads up, that there was a planned power outage, so that people who have thousands of dollars in fish(not including the equipment/tanks,) small animals that require heat, or just simply giving us a heads up so we can be prepared, and ready for it,. Dte is a monopoly treat their customers how ever they want because they kno you can't use no one else... anyone who works for this monopoly is a person with no integrity
Power goes out for 3-5 days multiple times each year, nothing is ever updated and there is never anyone to get ahold of when needed. Horrible service, but they have the nerve to charge more and more each year for doing a terrible job and showing nothing for the funding.
