Our power went out on Tuesday night April 14th because of the storm. We have 2 accounts at our address. When I called I was told service had been restored we had power at our garage but not the house. Within 15 minutes of calling the repairmen were here and took care of the problem. It was amazing to watch as they fixed the problem using a zoom pole!! Thank you!
Very disappointing utility. Though we have had numerous outages, we only applied 1 time for the pathetic $25 credit when our power was out for 5 days!! Not that I truly believed they would ever pay, which they didn't. We spent over $150 in gas for a generator; were without power mode than 120 hours & it did impact over 10% of the company's customers!!! However, they still say it doesn't qualify.
