Great customer service and I'm impressed with their professionalism.
Terrible communication! Delivery was to be on Friday. No call. No show. No reply emails. I pray our artwork is not stolen at this point.
I used this company a few years ago to ship artwork to France without incident so I decided to use them again for a solo show this past April... terrible idea. There are too many people working on each project and essential communication is lost frequently along the way. My very first email specified that it was a temporary exhibition and yet door-to-door didn't fill out the necessary paperwork so the work was stuck in customs in France and an expediter needed to be hired at considerably extra cost.
