Zero stars. Mia at the front desk is horrible and not at all customer service oriented. There was an error on the subscription side and despite showing that money had been taken out of my account, they would not give me my subscription. Waited over an hour the first time while Mia disrespectfully tried to figure this out, came back after 4 hours for the same thing-no resolution and won’t give me my subscription. I was a patient here a few years ago and recently came back—and I’m so glad I did! I had my consult yesterday (6/17/2025), and I’m putting the date so the amazing staff knows exactly who I’m sending all these stars to Everyone was so friendly and attentive, and the office has such a cozy, welcoming vibe. The provider was sweet, thoughtful, and made me feel totally cared for. 10/10 experience—so happy to be back!
The staff's very friendly and informative! They offer different ways to achieve your weight loss goals and will guide you along the way. I've been frequenting this location since 2018 and will say they really know what they are doing!
What I appreciated most about Danna is how patient and attentive she is. She genuinely listens and makes you feel like you matter. Such a rare and special quality!
DTC weight loss Clinic is my place to go when I want a boost of B12, Vitamin D or to looses some weight. I have been a patient for 5 years, they are always attentive and helpful.
