They my appointment time mixed up- but Gagan was very professional and helpful. Did an excellent job with my hair.
the girl with the long black hair today, served me so amazing! she was friendly when i walked into the salon and when she was washing and blow drying my hair, she did my trim and asked if i wanted any more cut off, she only cut the smallest amount as requested so it was good that she did less and then asked if i wanted more! couldn’t recommend her enough
Have been really happy here in the past but will not be returning after last night…went in for a simple trim of the dead ends but then to my shock at least 7cm of my hair (which took over two years and a lot of work to grow back) was chopped off. I had originally been asked what length was ok, and once I had approved she began cutting and by the time we finished and I was able to see what had happened I was too shocked to say anything. The haircut was not what I asked for and the attitude was rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. Don’t waste your money.
I went to the salon in person last week to make a back-to-back booking for my 1 year old son and myself. This was a particularly important booking because we have a family photo shoot in 2 weeks and I had blocked out this day just for our hair, which I explained upon arrival. Mel aknowledged my situation and booked my appointment and told me we would be her first appointment at 9am today (Sunday) and would block the morning out as my hair treatment alone would require 3-4 hours.
