We have a 90lb GSD/Husky mix with skin issues and this place has been a gamechanger for his hygiene. The elevated tubs with multiple tethers, fencing around each wash station, ac in the blow-dry rooms, facewash, and aprons available for splash & shake protection make this a much easier process. We go once a month religiously. The staff are kind and courteous to boot!

They have many options available with reasonable pricing. Whether using their grooming services or self services we’ve always been satisfied with the results.
We took our Shih Tzu here for grooming and he was whimpering after he came home. Not knowing why called the d-tails for what service was given. I was very disappointed to hear the response. The grooming service was priced at a premium $110, but I was unexpectedly charged an extra $15 because my pet was “bad dog & didn’t cooperate.” I understand grooming can sometimes be challenging, but charging extra for a dog’s behavior — without informing me beforehand or seeking my consent — feels unfair.
