March 15th late morning. My first time here. One of the two employees took me after a 25 minute wait. I have short working nails. Approximately halfway through appointment she began to file beneath my short nails with electric drill. She injured me and I began to bleed. Although she was holding my finger, she actually blamed me? lol I had to remind her SHE was holding my nail and drill. This place use to be high quality years ago when it was run by Nina and the workers were Nina, Gem, Rosa and that group of ladies. Ever since that group left and it’s just the one man and woman, poor quality service. I have also observed that their interactions and service is quite different with black people than others. (I’m white and they are kind with me, but not so much with black customers). I also notice the same interactions with their heavier customers regardless of race.
