I had the best experience with DT Surfaces! Their customer service was notable from the moment we got there to see their inventory, to the payment and installation. Steve did an amazing job for the install and Liz was wonderful to work with! She responds to emails very quickly and is extremely efficient. Thank you for a great experience DT!
Many thanks to all of the people at DT SURFACES in Parksville for their excellent service. Steve and his assistant did a great job on the installation of both counters and a full backsplash in Silestone. We are having them back to do the bathrooms next. They were very thoughtful and careful not to damage the new cupboards or appliances and left the site very clean . DT Surfaces was fast and efficient. They were able to meet our timeline and truly went above and beyond. On installation day they were quick and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Steve and his team.
I had DT Surfaces do a repair on my granite kitchen counter to fit my new sink. They did a wonderful job and kept the dust to minimum. I was impressed how clean it was when complete. I am looking forward to getting my new bathroom counter.
These guys are amazing. They did my quartz countertops in my kitchen earlier this year and I called them back to change out my old bathroom vanity with a matching quartz upgrade this week. Both times they gave me a sink for free. Super quick to respond, very communicative and punctual. For the kitchen counters I originally had Costco come out to give a quote and these guys beat it plus threw in the sink. Super fair pricing.
