We had Really bad experience dealing with these guys ...Please Avoid if you want peace of mind . David avoids phone calls , and other forms of communication if he is confronted or asked questions he doesn't like. He gives you false information on realistic rent which you can get in the area , try to dictate you when dealing with Rent, and acts on behalf of the renters not you as owner.
The team is very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend their property management services and for those with an investment properties.
We loved renting through DT Property! Any emails, questions, or concerns were promptly handled and communication had been open and transparent. We couldn’t ask for a better experience so far.
As a tenant... DT property management is great to deal with. I understand a property manager is only as good as the landlord they're representing and the willingness for the landlord to fund repairs etc. We have always had things repaired in a timely manner. They do regular inspections, which I would expect if I was a home owner. When we make contact with them they're quick to respond. I love that they're digital and efficient with admin. If I ever become an investor I would definitely use.
Worst experience ever! Nothing ever got fixed, emails weren't replied to, gardens were trashed when we moved in, was hung up on several occasions, even showed up to the house after advising was positive for COVID, and then told was lying about it. Dave is the worst most rude and childish man I've ever met, happy to show people emails and messages that were never responded too.
