Seriously picked one star because that was the lowest option, as for my experience with this place well! Let’s start five weeks ago when I ordered a oil change kit for merc pro XS 250 and for two calls and a visit four weeks later I have ordered the filter from amazon and can get the recommended oil both at a way cheaper price!

I purchased a new CF Moto Uforce from DT Power Sports. Sales cycle was seamless. It was due for it's 20 hour service so I called to make an appointment. I was told no need for an appointment and it would only be at the shop a few days. So, I brought it in. Fast forward three weeks later and it was finally ready. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I feel others should know about my experience. I brought my boat in because it was having a carburetor issue. Instead of fixing the actual problem, they replaced the spark plugs and charged me nearly $700. The original issue was never resolved. When I questioned it, I was told that the water at the lake is different from the water they use for testing, so the problem wasn't theirs.
