Arrived at the service window provided when I called to setup the appointment. Great diagnosis of the problem and recommendation for fixes.
**UPDATE** We went forward with replacing our AC Unit. His prices were fair and reasonable. I was impressed with his work. He took the time to inspect his own work, after he was done, explained everything to me, answered all my questions. Albert noticed an issue with our furnace and brought it to my attention.
