I have been training with Damian going on 3 months. He is the best trainer I’ve worked out with before. He is extremely knowledgeable and has very effective workouts. He is patient and gives the attention to make sure your form and movements are accurate. He provides so much information, workouts, great sessions and easy to follow meal plans! This is definitely the trainer to try!!!
Damian has so much knowledge when it comes to nutrition and work out plans. After watching him go to college and play as a Division I football linebacker, his attitude, technique, leadership, and education as a fitness coach is out of this world! He knows his stuff now matter what your fitness goals are! I highly recommend DT Fitness 365 for any and all of your fitness needs!!
