American Home Shield assigned DT Electric to trouble shoot my ceiling fan (no reverse) and tech determined it needed replacing. My fan was still available for purchase fron Home Depot and Amazon but they refused to do so. Fan they offered for replacement was not comparable in the least bit, all they provided was a pic of a fan, no make, model, specs.
