We bought our home in March 2022, all the renovations were completed by this company and “warranted” for 1 year from purchase. We have been trying to get repairs (roof leak, sink pipes, floor cracks, etc) competed for more than 8 months. Our roof began leaking (literally a waterfall in the hall) and they still won’t respond or provide a tech to make the repair. Juan the owner of DT Construction and Delightful Services LLC, is VERY unprofessional, unpredictable, disrespectful and very unreliable. His employees show up to work whenever they want too and when they would show up, they didn’t understand what they needed to do because they needed a translator, they are very inconsistent and incompetent of doing the work that Juan claim they could do. We hired this company to do some work at our house. The worst mistake EVER!! The work has not been finished till this day. The workers would show up whenever they wanted to. They were very inconsistent. No one ever communicated anything and when you tried to call the owner or the office manager they would never answer the phone or return your call. The workers did more damaged to our house that I can even list. They would take our own personal tools and ladder and use it without asking. The workers had NO experience at all. ... read more
