This was our first visit and we now have a new automotive shop. Don was very professional, informative and caring about our situation he went above and beyond to fix my daughter's Jeep Patriot couldn't ask for a better guy .
How wonderful for the. Guy driving from out of state to get such wonderful attention from D&T. I wonder if he might have been a relative, being as when you live in the same town, it takes 4 months to get your vehicle back from a $150 repair! They had my vehicle since 2 weeks before Thanksgiving last year. I just got it back 2 weeks ago. Every time I would call, when they did answer the phone, the old man would tell me, "Well, he's been piddling with it. " That is not service.
