A vehicle drove into the side of my Lexus and damaged the rear panel, rear door and scratched the rear bumper. Well it was my choice to pick DSY auto to do the repairs for my car ,sadly the 5 star rating well let’s say was below par … I wanted to use a local smash repairer ,it’s started off great, a young knowledgeable young bloke was very helpful taking photos and the process of repairing the car had started … I rang my insurer confident I made the right choice with DSY auto with the reviews, sadly the customer service was poor at best, by ringing going to the answering machine, not returning calls and my wife being frustrated….
