I have purchased new and second hand cars over many years, but never received anything like the attention and service I got from Dom the owner of DSX Motors in Lincoln. He prepares his second hand cars to a very high standard and prides himself in presenting his cars to customers in showroom condition. If and when I need to partex my car, I shall have no hesitation in taking it back to Dom, because I know he will give me an honest deal.
My Son bought a lovely little Polo from DSX. I have to say it was pleasure to buy from them. There was no stress no forceful sell and no Pressure. Zoe was so informative and went above and beyond to help. We had to take the car back for a leaking shock absorber which was covered under warranty. There was no question of it not being done. When the car was in the garage Don noticed the pads and discs would soon need changing and unbelievably he did those as well at no cost. Originally bought a Vauxhall Mokka of Don after having this car less than week, it gave out on me on the side of a busy road. Contacted Don and he quickly arranged for someone to recover me and provided me with a courtesy car that day while he tried to assess and fix my car. Don updated me regularly on how my car was doing and was very honest that after fixing the issue he still wasn't 100% with how it drove. Top level customer service and quality cars. Bought 2 cars here, one for my wife recently and other 4 years ago for myself and still driving it daily.
I bought a Nissan Qashqai from DSX motors and I'm very pleased with the service received by Dom, went above and beyond to ensure I received a 5* service. I was reluctant to buy another car after recently having a very bad experience elsewhere but was reassured i'd be well looked after. Thanks again, wouldn't hesitate to buy another motor in the future from DSX, top after care
