The first couple appointments were great. Very efficient without making us feel rushed. That is where the positivity ends. They had my son’s name spelled wrong (what a nightmare with insurance if I didn’t catch it), wouldn’t release his prescription until he signed a waver saying he isn’t pregnant. I had to call and inform someone who works there that is only for females. After being there for months they randomly sent our monthly prescription to the wrong pharmacy!
