Really bad customer service. There were 3 pf us line and the manager came up to help the checker and then walked away instead of opening up another register. Also they had not taken down sales sign for some shoes that sale ended 3 days ago. And wouldn’t honor the sales price. Dishonest sales tactic? Or just bad management. Or both!
They have a great selection of footwear but that's it there staff don't help one bit all they say is what's out there is what we have and will not help with finding or pointing in the right direction for help so we left and purchased them at Dick's instead..
Love this store very much, but customer service is lacking. I have gone several times to this store and each time someone gives me wrong information, or can’t help answer my questions.
