Great selection, just couldn't find anything i really liked
Absolutely a horrible experience one of the employees kept looking at me with a bitchy look and didn’t even ask if I needed anything don’t come here if you want to be uncomfortable
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Even the manager today was the absolute worst. Can’t believe that DSW has bought into the whole corporate greed. So much for a birthday sale when they are out of everything they advertise and don’t honor the discounts.
The manager was awful to deal with. They handed us a coupon that had no exclusions written on the bottom, they also refused to make the customer happy when every other store will do what they can to make the customer happy. I’m no karen, I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this was awful and the manager snatched the coupon from my hand. Do better for your customers. Going somewhere else to do my business.
