Very poor service. Too many negative reviews, and now I understand why. Unprofessional communication and lack of support. I recommend staying away from this broker.
The absolute worst brokerage. They have canceled loads two times on us when we are there to load. Twice we have bounced miles from where we unloaded to there customer to reload. We arrive and the shipper informs us that there isn’t any product for them to ship. We call Stephen to ask why we weren’t informed, he lets us know they found out two hours ago (which they didn’t call us immediately) and we aren’t getting paid a truck order not used because our truck is there the day before they load.
