Overnigth parking sobre la calle, check in a las 7am (mi cita era a las 10am y me dieron puerta a las 8am) una vez en puerta te descargan en 30minutos te dejan los papeles en la traila, en cuanto veas la luz verde estas listo para irte.

Check in process in main office is great. Checkin to pick up your load is insufferable. There should someone who is appointed to check drivers in at the gate but nope. No one. There should be no reason to wait on paperwork over an hour for a drop and hook loaded trailer. And when I do my pre trip on said trailer, the seals don’t match. Us drivers don’t get paid by the hour. We are on a time crunch. And time is money. Already told my dispatch not to send me here again.

Two hours to check in and process out with a preloaded trailer. Every door says driver entrance, so just pick one and brace yourself for this pathetic circus. The first office had me check in at a kiosk. The second office had me put all the same info on a paper form. The third stop was a sweltering hot warehouse cage where they took the paper form and disappeared for 40 minutes. I was soaked in sweat and furious by the time I got BOLs from these jackwagons.

No over night parking, no more over night street parking. Police will come and give you ticket 🎫. They open 7:00 am only appointment. In and out 1.5-2.5 hours
