They keep sending my company incorrect invoices that are for another company. There is no easy way to stop this and all contact attempted has not been established. Edit: They respond here on Google, I communicate and 10 days later the issue is still on the table. A simple update has taken months and months. Edit yet again, literally a year later they have not updated. Incompetence, I would avoid working with this company if it takes an entire year to fix something so simple - something that requires a few clicks.
