👎🏻:DRIVER BEWARE: 👎🏻07/13/26- arrived @ 14:41hrs,(confirmed with broker early arrival is ok) “customer approved.” appointment set for 16:00hrs. Checked load status 4 time in an 8hr period, received 4 different excuses: from I’m next, or I’m 5th in line,to my product hasn’t arrived yet. Strait out lied to my face. I was assigned a dock as soon as I made it. However I was waiting for a while, I went inside and talked to a lady by the name of Elizabeth and she helped me right away . Not even 10 minutes later I was loaded.
Ok so I’ve been picking up from this warehouse ever since Dole went from NFI to DSV. NFI was nothing special but they got you in and out on time. DSV in the beginning was horrible. 30-45 minutes just to check in and get a door. Then loading was a nightmare 2+ hrs in the door before they even touched the trailer. Some of the order may not be done so they’d be building the pallets while you’re in the door. Then another 20 minutes to check out. HOWEVER! - 10 stars. It took y’all seven hours to load me on Friday and y’all can’t even wrap pallets right!! I’ll get to my delivery today (Sunday). You got no shrink wrap, bottom of the pallet. You got cans of pineapple juice all over the place.
Arrived 1230 for 1pm appointment. Set in dock for 10 hours before they put the dock plate in. If people quit loading here dole will take away their contract and a decent company might take over.
