Unprofessional and vague
Totally Unprofessional behaviour from the broker named 'Noah Throop'. Booked a load with him on 24th to pick it up on 26th Morning, Driver went there to pick it up 140 miles away, Shipper advised him that the commodity won't fit in because the truck has less width which we've never been informed by the broker earlier, We can understand that it happens sometimes in the logistics but there is rules and compensation policies to help the carriers but broker is refusing to pay the TONU even which can help the driver in his fuel a... read more
