Brokerage is kinda funny, they agree on the rate with you, inform you that you will be transferred for booking, it goes to voicemail, and magically load is already covered and that person is not by his desk anymore so you cannot speak with him.
Booked a load with Ivan Chavez(manager), 10 min later his employee called and said that they booked a cheaper carrier, called back to Ivan and asked how that is possible to sell a load after it is booked and he said his costumer canceled it witch of course was a lie, be aware.
