I’ve been exhibiting at trade events the past 10 years and never have I been so disappointed with not only the handing of freight but the way they managed their mishandling. We paid $1,354.08 to send a pallet return from MEL-SYD. When we arrived to bump in for the event and we noticed the forks had penetrated the pallet damaging the stand.
