Check in at the guard shack on the receiving side of the building. It does not matter if you’re picking up or delivering. (1st entrance on the right) The guard will tell you where to go to check in with shipping/receiving. For me it was just past dock 109. They are loading me right away. Very simple. By the reviews I thought it was going to be a disaster.
I gotta say there isn’t a lot of common sense in this place. And even though I’m sure everyone has been working there a while. No one knows where anything is. Guard will send you to other side of building to check in even though that says receiving. Sure maybe it changed. Wait 30 min for them to get to you. Then lady tells you why are you here this is receiving I can’t help you go to the other side of the building for shipping. Okay already frustrated. Then I get to the other side of the building.
