We are a realestate developer and financier of developments in Melbourne. DST Projects managed various projects representing our company for 3 years from tender to handover. The director is very knowleageable in dealing with Builders and Contract administration. We found his knowledge in the development process extremely versed and especially in dealing with subdivisions and disputes. Most of all, we believe the company saved us many hours and large sums of money. --
DST Projects took care of our project in great detail and given the complexities and high end customisation requirements, I was very impressed on how the project was delivered with ease. There were no variations and headaches as we originally expected. The quality was higher than we expected.
