I have been using DST Electric for the past 4 years. Don has provided annual generator service and maintenance for my 8k Generator. Don is very meticulous and knowledgeable. He provides information to you on any generator issues you may have by just sending him an email. He responds within the hour with detailed instructions. DST Electric recently installed a Generac 20kw generator with 2 load shedding modules, auto-transfer switch, and whole home surge protector. Not only was his pricing great, but Don's level of communication and attention to detail were top notch. He kept us informed throughout the installation and went out of his way to fully explain every detail of the process and equipment. I would highly recommend DST Electric to anyone looking to have a generator installed.
We shopped around for an automatic standby generator. The best price and selection came from DST ELECTRIC! Others tried to sell us what they had, and not what we really needed. DST ELECTRIC calculated the size of the generator needed for our use, delivered and installed without a hitch, exactly as promised and perfect timing. The generator was installed for not more than 3 days when power was lost. It started right up and ran for the entire outage. No problems at all !
