Was promised a display replacement in July for a display that lasted 2 weeks after delivery. No longer responding to any outreach across any channels.
Ordered via prepayment CC $4,692 on 12/22. Delivery was supposed to be 3/23. Incrementally delivery moved forward until 9/23 when we asked for a REFUND like it stated on their website. Today is 1/9/24. No bike, no refund=THIEVERY. POSSIBLE PONZI.
Ordered battery and panier bag back in May this year. Took my money and never shipped any products to me to date. Like many others, you can’t even get them on the phone or to respond to an email. Sad when a company is not trustworthy.
DO NOT SEND DOST ANY MONEY! I sent $4000, yes, four thousand US dollars on 8/30/23 and never heard a word from them again in spite of multiple emails and daily voicemails. Their phone number will never get a human anymore although they were responsive when they took my credit card number and never since. No bike, no response. If you trust them with your money, you will be the loser, very sorry to say.
Bought the cvt in March with the second battery. Told June delivery. Told August delivery. In September, told the bike was at the Port, behind picket line, October delivery. I started to try and get answers about mid October. No answers to messages, phone calls, or emails. I see they are advertising sales of cvt to be delivered in November. I wonder where mine went from the container?
