I work directly with the Dispatch team. They let us create a group chat with our logistics team so we can quickly communicate via text. We have a daily swap set up but they are always quick to react when we need additional movements or need some flexibility in our schedule. Highly recommend DST.
One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The truck I was in was always broke down. Didnt get break down pay. My dispatcher, Bill, totally in over his head. Didnt have a clue what he was doing. Wrong pick up numbers, wrong addresses, wrong delivery times. Poor communication with dispatch. Pay was horrible. 40 cents per mile, and I have over ten years doing over the road. I would have made more working at Subway.
