Merideth was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating to my personal schedule. The measurement and installation services were exceptional. Highly recommended!
The finished project is lovely but throughout the process communication was poor. We understand that things like the weather and equipment issues can cause delay. Good communication is one factor in making a business stand out. When you are rearranging appointments and other contractors during the project, good communication is needed. We did not receive that. What a phenomenal experience. DSS offered us the best price with the perfect product we wanted. They worked with our schedule; we had to move up our timeline for delivery and they made it happen. I have entrusted DSS with my kitchen countertops, and recently with our laundry room countertops. DSS is extremely accommodating to a project timeline. Their communication through the whole process was excellent, and their staff are polite and knowledgable. I am extremely happy with the work they have done, and will turn to them with any future projects. I can’t recommend DSS enough!
