We recently hired DSR to finish our basement. Overall, we are pleased with the results. The space looks nice and was completed at the expected timeline. The crew was hardworking and communicated well with us. I’d recommend DSR if you’re looking for solid workmanship at a fair price.

Drew and his team finished our 1200 square foot basement. The final product is outstanding - exactly how we had envisioned it. His team handled all aspects of the project, so it was stress free, and we did not have to spend time worrying about schedules. One important aspect for us was also timing, and the project began on the day Drew said it would, and finished on the day he said it would finish. This company remodeled my home three years ago, and my floors are all separating, pulling up on the sides because they did not level the floors at ALL. His 17-year-old son at the time floor laid the floors. He has blocked me on all social media because he does not want me posting how crappy of a job that he did on my home! But I found you, Drew

DSR (Drew Sparks Reality) has been nothing less than outstanding. I'm the owner of this 1800 sqft basement Drew finished. Drew is thorough and provided me with details on when the framing, HVAC, plumbing, electricians, inspectors, cleaning crew, etc would be working and when they would be completing their work. Drew and his team were great to work with! They finished our basement by creating a full bathroom, bedroom, and updating the living space. Drew does such a great job updating on progress and detailing next steps. We love our new space!
