This used to be a five star review. Chased when leaving not to cancel direct debit and pause membership, relieved ignored them they’ve still not even opened a changing room , used to have glorious clean and smart pool, cafe and hamman and refurbished gym totally ruined. I am extremely disappointed by the misaligned messages from the staff on when the facilities will be ready after never ending renovation. Prices increased and swimming pool, changing rooms etc are not ready yet. Management does no longer reply to email. Classes are always full for people that work full time jobs. Locked in a year contract where value does not meet offering. I recommend you are given written down specifics on facilities termination before signing up.
Fantastic Gym facilities. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile to provide the best experience to the customer. Have been a member for the last 9 years and I am recommending it.
