I recently got my gel extension nails taken off and my nails actually hurt for a couple of days. The person doing my nails nicked them so badly that the nails started to tear PAST the nail bed. My natural nails are growing back so unevenly but I know with time they will go back to the way they were. Please do not go to them to get your nails removed.
This place is a complete joke. I have never had such an awful experience at a nail salon before in my entire life. The nail tech has zero experience in providing nails services. Much education and training is needed. Plus making racial fueled comments is never good. To say I am highly disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. I hope for this business they take a hard look at the current staff and take better care in their hiring process in the future.
I booked an appointment for here 2 weeks in advance and when I show up...it is closed. My appointment was at 1pm on a Thursday which is within their store hours. So I’m very disappointed that they didn’t even give me a call to inform me that they would have to cancel my appointment.
