Terrible communication. Non competitive pricing. Shop around. Dude told me my car would be ready at a specific time. It was not ready when I had come to pick up. What is crazy is the fact that he was mad that I was upset. I explained, dude I work two full-time jobs. You knew that the car was not ready and you willfully chose not to communicate that to me. DSP Did everything Right the first time! I had CarPlay installed at another shop and because I have a DVD installed I didn't want to remove the surround system and they did. Well I was referred to DSP to fix their mistake! I went in spoke with the nice lady at the front to schedule my install date. We went over everything needed parts and labor on the screen. Sent an email about getting several things done to my van. I was hoping to get an estimate. No response.
Installed a radio and backup camera with good quality and really hid the wires well I would go back again
