DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Very disappointed with this company. I worked with them for about 10 years and they were very responsive. They changed me from DirectTV to Dish before the Direct contract was up. They assured me it wasn't a problem and they do this all the time. Direct sends me a bill, I contacted DSN, they said no problem, they will deal with it. A year later its sent to a collection agency and DSN said, sorry there is nothing we can do and hung up on me.
Honestly surprised with how great the service here is. They get stuff done quickly and efficiently. Overall great experience.
